1. Collection and Use of Personal Information for Basic Business Functions

To complete account registration, you need to provide your mobile phone number, set an avatar and nickname, and create a username and password. Without the necessary information mentioned above, you will not be able to register an account or use some of our services. After registering an account, you can provide us with more personal information, such as gender, age, and birthday, which are not required for registration. This will help us provide you with personalized services. However, if you do not provide this supplementary information, it will not affect your use of the basic functions of this Service, unless otherwise stated in this Policy.

1.2. Device Connection and Control

When you use this function, we need to collect the following information: IP address, network connection status, Bluetooth connection status, account ID, and glasses device SN. The purpose of collecting such information is to help you connect to our servers and realize the interaction and control between your mobile phone and glasses device.

1.3. AI Voice Assistant

When you use the basic functions of the Voice Assistant, we need to collect the following information: your voice audio, voice commands and text, device and account identifiers, relevant application and/or device information, and network-based rough geographic information. The purpose of collecting such information is to analyze your voice content on the same device, perform voice semantic recognition to obtain voice commands or voice text information, so as to provide you with corresponding services, including realizing control, association, and interaction with glasses devices and related applications.

When you use the AI functions of the Voice Assistant, such as AI dialogue, we need to additionally collect the following information from you: text, images, audio, and video actively input by you. The purpose is to recognize and convert your input content into dialogue text, generate and output corresponding dialogue responses to realize AI functions. We will retain your history for a necessary period. If you refuse to provide such information, we cannot provide this function.

1.4. Calls and Notifications

When you use the call subtitle function provided by this Service, we need to collect your call audio to convert it into text on the server end. When you use the AI notification summary function, we need to collect notification content from your mobile device system and third-party apps to generate summaries.

1.5. AI App Store

When you use this function, we need to collect your account information to display and recommend AI applications you search for, and to implement application download and installation services.

1.6. Functions Necessary for Service Stability and Security

To improve the security of your use of this Service, protect your personal and property safety, and better prevent various network security risks, we may use or integrate your account information, device information, service log information, IP address, and authorized shared information to verify identity and detect security incidents.

1.7. Operational Guarantee

We need to use your personal information internally for operational purposes, including internal audit, data analysis, and research.

When using this function, we collect images you take to recognize content you wish to search for.

When using translation, we collect images you take, real-time visuals from glasses, and audio to provide translation results.

2.4. Map Navigation

We collect precise location information and navigation history to provide map navigation functions.

2.5. Fault Feedback

We collect device and account identifiers, fault device info, operation logs, and feedback content to resolve issues.

We may collect other information to improve product quality, including device info and usage behavior.
